I’m So In Love With You Dance: Put Your Photo in the Jiren Dancing Meme

Jiren is the strongest fighter in Dragon Ball Super, and he cannot stop dancing to a slowed love song. That is the whole joke, and it has taken over TikTok: one photo, and AI drops you, your dog or your favourite character into the dance, with the moves and the song intact.

I’m So In Love With You Dance Takes to Remix

Pick the take closest to who you are putting in, one photo, and it becomes the reference for your I’m so in love with you dance video.

What Is the “I’m So In Love With You” Dance?

The “I’m so in love with you” dance is a TikTok meme from October 2026: Dragon Ball characters dancing to a slowed lovesick song, with the lyrics printed over the clip. The favourite is Jiren, the grey fighter from Dragon Ball Super, who spends the whole show being the most serious person in the room, which is exactly why a video of him bouncing through a love song is funny. That is the whole I’m so in love with you dance in one clip. People add captions about being told not to dance and not being able to control it, do the dance next to the animation, or send the animation to each other as a sticker.

The animations are @dblgiuzman’s, an account that posts Dragon Ball Legends characters dancing to different songs. Jiren’s version went up in early September 2026 and passed 300,000 views in a month. In mid-September @skobodo_tolot cut several of the animations into compilations set to “it’s like i’m not even here” by Mthu, and that pairing is the meme: the song is slowed, the fighters are unbeatable, and they are dancing. Through October the takes multiplied until TikTok’s own search box completed “dbz ai dance trend”, and CapCut templates appeared that put a photo into the dance.

A video of the I’m so in love with you dance made here takes any of those takes and swaps the fighter for the subject of your photo: you, a friend, your dog, a character you like. The dance, the room, the lyric captions and the song stay exactly as they are, so the result lands on the same sound as the rest of the trend when you post it.

How to Make the Jiren Dancing Video With AI

  1. 1

    Pick a take

Choose the reference on the right: Jiren in the purple glow, Vegeta in the blue suit, Frieza, the manga edit, the action figure, the chihuahua. The AI copies its moves, camera and timing step for step.

  2. 2

    Upload one photo

A photo of whoever should be dancing, head to knees if you have it. One photo is the whole input: the character in the take is replaced by your subject, and the rest of the frame stays.

  3. 3

    Post it on the sound

The finished video keeps the slowed song from the take you picked, so it posts on the same sound as the rest of the “I’m so in love with you” dance.

Tips for a Better Jiren Dancing Video

A photo from the knees up

The dance is all arms and bounce, and the character is framed from the knees, so a photo that shows your shoulders and arms beats a tight face-only selfie.

Pick the funniest mismatch

The I’m so in love with you dance works because the dancer should not be dancing: the sternest fighter, your boss, your grandmother, a cat. A serious photo makes a funnier video than a posed one.

One subject per photo

One photo replaces one character in the I’m so in love with you dance. In the takes with several fighters, the extra ones stay as they are, which reads as “you, plus the Dragon Ball cast”.

Keep the lyrics in frame

The lyric captions are half the joke of the I’m so in love with you dance. The takes here already have them, so do not crop the top of the frame when you post.

        Frequently Asked Questions

What is the “I’m so in love with you” dance?

A TikTok meme from October 2026: Dragon Ball characters, Jiren above all, dancing to a slowed lovesick song with the lyrics over the clip. You can now put your own photo into the I’m so in love with you dance instead of a fighter.

Who started the Jiren dancing meme?

The animations are by @dblgiuzman, whose Jiren dance went up in early September 2026. @skobodo_tolot cut the animations into compilations set to “it’s like i’m not even here” by Mthu in mid-September, and that is the version everyone copies.

What song is the Jiren dancing meme?

“It’s like i’m not even here” by Mthu, played slowed. The lyric “I’m so in love with you, you’re so in love with him” is where the meme’s name comes from; it is not Al Green’s “I’m So In Love With You”, Duke’s house track, or the line dance of the same name.

Is the Jiren dancing video AI?

The original animations are fan animation of Dragon Ball Legends characters, not AI. The versions with a person, a pet or a made-up character in the dance are AI: a photo is rendered into the take you pick, so the moves come from the animation and the face from your photo.

What is the DBZ AI dance?

The same trend under its other name: “dbz ai dance”, “dbz ai dance trend”, “dragon ball ai dance”. It is the Jiren dancing meme made from a photo, and this page is that generator.

How do I make the DBZ AI dance with my own photo?

Pick one of the takes above, upload a single photo, and generate. The AI replaces the dancing character with your subject and keeps the dance, the background, the lyric captions and the song, so nothing has to be edited afterwards. That one move is the whole I’m so in love with you dance made with your photo.

Can I put my pet in the Jiren dance?

Yes. Upload one photo of your dog or cat, ideally with the whole animal in frame, and pick any take. The chihuahua above is the same idea: the pet stands up and does the I’m so in love with you dance in place of the fighter.

Can I use a photo of a Dragon Ball character, or of a friend?

Both work. A friend’s photo gives you the joke of a normal person in the dance; a character or a figurine gives you a version that fits the original. One photo replaces one dancer.

Is this the same as the CapCut template?

No. A template pastes your photo into one fixed clip of one fixed character. Here the AI renders your subject inside whichever take you choose, so the face, hair and body all match and you are not stuck with a single character or camera angle.

Why does the video say “don’t dance” or “I can’t control it”?

That caption is the joke of the meme: someone is told not to dance, the song starts, and they cannot help themselves. It is the same gag as the “NANI!?” versions, and it is why the dance is usually captioned rather than explained.

Does it work without the anime look?

Yes. The “in real life” prompt on this page renders the same dance as ordinary footage of a person, and the takes of people and of the action figure are already a step away from the anime versions.

Is there a “I’m so in love with you” dance tutorial?

Dance accounts post the steps of the I’m so in love with you dance mirrored and slowed down, and the animation itself is easy to copy. If you would rather skip the practice, a video made here puts you in the dance from one photo.

What is the I’m So In Love With You Dance AI prompt?

The jiren’s arena prompt is in the AI Prompts section below. It starts: "Image 1 is the Dancer." Paste the rest into any AI video tool that accepts your photos.

        Who Should Not Be Dancing?

Pick a take, upload the most serious photo you have, and let them dance the I’m so in love with you dance.

“I’m So In Love With You” Dance AI Prompts

The prompt behind every remix of the I’m so in love with you dance, and four text prompts for the open generator: Jiren’s arena, a plain anime version, your pet, and a real-life take. They describe the dance part by part, so they work in any image-to-video model that takes your photo as Image 1.

        Jiren’s arena

Image 1 is the Dancer. A vertical phone video, the character in frame from the knees up, the camera fixed, a deep purple and magenta glow washing the background, crisp anime shading with a faint blur on the edges. No text, no captions, no logos. In a ruined tournament arena under a purple sky, the person from Image 1 becomes a hulking anime fighter in a red and black fighting suit and performs the dance from the meme: a wide stance and a heavy bounce on the beat, two steps to one side and two back, arms swinging low, then alternating arm pumps, a double bicep flex, a shoulder roll and a slow turn to the camera, the whole body loose and the feet never still. Keep the Dancer’s face, hairstyle, skin tone and build exactly as in Image 1. Audio: a slowed R&B loop with a lovesick vocal and no dialogue.
